One of our partners, Michael Davis, has unique international experience
in the international space industry. He provides

structuring, funding and investment, employee share plans
and contracts.
Commercial Dispute Resolution
Rebecca Field specialises in insolvency, commercial litigation,
banking and finance, and commercial
and property law. Any matter requiring
litigation and dispute resolution skills is handled by Rebecca.
She has wide commercial experience and
is well qualified to advise on matters involving insolvency and the
administration of companies in financial difficulty.
