Simone graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Simone works closely within the Estate Litigation team and assists our clients with:

• Estate litigation, including family provision claims
• Estate planning, including drafting and preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives
• Estate administration, including Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration

Simone developed a strong interest in Wills and Estates after seeing firsthand how the failure to update a Will can lead to family conflict and estate litigation. This experience informs her work in both drafting Wills and assisting clients with family provision claims. She also draws on strong legal research and analytical skills to ensure advice is thorough and well considered.

Simone was born and raised on a vineyard producing sultanas in Mildura, Victoria. Coming from an Italian background, Simone loves cooking and helping her family make homemade sauce and sausages. Simone independently moved to Adelaide in 2021 to pursue her university studies and career in law. Outside of work, Simone enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family and visiting her hometown.
