Adelta Legal was established in 2002. Our strong and dedicated team of solicitors have extensive expertise spanning over decades in acting in connection with a variety of transactions.
Since 2011, Adelta has tripled in size merging with the practices of Evenden & Associates, Jappe & Associates, Harris Lawyers, RO Lawyers, Ian Charman & Associates and Alderman Redman a long standing and well respected family law firm. In 2021 we also merged with Lempriere Abbott McLeod, one of the oldest firms in South Australia established in the early 1900’s. They bring with them a wealth of knowledge in the areas of estate planning and administration, commercial litigation and family law to further add to our already vastly experienced and committed team.
At Adelta Legal we are committed to providing our clients with practical advice and quick, efficient, competent and courteous service at a reasonable cost. We create a close working relationship with our clients. We have acted for multiple generations of families in connection with their legal affairs. We are a friendly and approachable firm and offer a high level of customer service.

We have offices in the city, at Tea Tree Gully and Morphett Vale for the convenience of clients. In addition, for the elderly or infirm, visits can be made to clients at home or in hospital.
