Andrea emigrated from England in 2016, bringing with her more than 24 years of management experience.

She prides herself on building strong relationships and inspiring and managing successful teams, with people management being one of her core strengths. In her role, she oversees all operational and financial aspects of the business.

Andrea is an active committee member of the Australian Practice Management Association (ALPMA), contributing her expertise to support best practices across the profession. She is also accredited in MHFA for legal professionals.

Outside of work, Andrea is a dedicated member of a local dragon boat team, competing both for her club and at state level. She also enjoys staying active through regular Pilates.
